After twenty two years as Executive Chef at Cucina Rosa, my family’s restaurant in Cape May, I was excited to begin a new culinary venture. Chef Guy now offers private catering services for Cape May and the Cape May County area. After many years of preparing hundreds of meals per night, I am now enjoying creating unique dining experiences for more intimate parties and gatherings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As private Chef Guy, I offer the same entrees that you loved at Cucina Rosa, such as Seafood fra Diablo, Chicken Portofino and the very popular lollipop lamb chops, as well as some of my new favorites. My style is not “foo foo” but just honest food that tastes great. Pastas, grilled meats and seafood are all seasoned to perfection and served with the freshest ingredients. I was honored to have served so many wonderful clients over the years at Cucina Rosa and I now look forward to creating unique private dining experiences for you in the comfort of your home or vacation house. Chef Guy specializes in dinner parties for 2-25, as well as summer vacation gatherings, pre-wedding celebrations, BBQ cook-outs and holiday parties. I will work with you to plan the perfect menu and take care of every detail so you may relax and be assured that your party will be perfect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
