It\u2019s 4:00 and you\u2019re still in your sweatpants and t-shirt and it\u2019s your third trip to the grocery store for something you forgot.\u00a0 \u201cI still have two more hours\u201d you say to yourself as you hustle to the car.\u00a0 But you still have to shower and change, feed the kids, get the appetizers ready to heat, chill the wine\u2026You\u2019re exhausted already.\u00a0\u00a0 The doorbell rings promptly at 6 pm and the guests follow you into the kitchen.\u00a0 \u201cCan we help?\u201d, \u00a0\u201cDid I tell you the latest about my neighbor?\u201d ,\u201cWhere can I put these coats?\u201d \u00a0You try to hold a conversation but are completely distracted by thought of \u201cwhat time did I put the roast in the oven?\u201d, \u201cI still have to steam the veggies and I know I am forgetting something\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
