Whether it’s a welcome to the beach dinner, celebrating a special occasion or the final evening of your  summer vacation,  Chef Guy will make it a memorable dining experience.  He and his staff will take care of everything – from the shopping to the clean up!  (And, if you are vacationing with children, Chef Guy offers children’s menus that they will love.)  Whether your gathering is 2 or 25, you will have every course prepared by one of Cape May’s most prominent chefs.  Your casually elegant dinner party or fun beach house barbeque will be the highlight of your vacation!

Design a 3-5 course dinner party, platted or buffet, and choose from some of his signature dishes  or a custom menu.  Guy  will work with you in creating the perfect theme and courses.  On the day of your party, Chef Guy will shop, cook and take care of every detail to make your celebration fun and memorable.  He invites you to watch the magic in your kitchen and enjoy a bit of entertainment while discussing some cooking tips.  Then, each course will be served with a brief, yet informative, description.  When it is time for the end of the meal, the kitchen will already be clean and Guy and his staff will bid farewell to his new friends.

I will email or call you back with twenty four hours of contacting me to discuss the details of your event. Together, we will plan your menu and every detail. I can suggest some of my popular signature entrees or custom tailor your event to exactly what you envision. Based upon the menu and number of guests, I will provide a quote of my services for you. Table linens, place settings, glassware and even fresh flower centerpieces will be provided for you. We can even take care of your wine and spirit delivery from our local vendors.

Once you approve the perfect theme and menu, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required to hold your date. We may schedule a time for me to visit your kitchen and home, allowing us to “map out” the event’s flow, floor plan and finalize any details. If you are renting a vacation home, simply let me know the name of the rental agent and property address and I will coordinate my visit with your agent.

As the date of the party approaches I will keep in touch with you to assure your complete peace of mind that we are right on schedule for your party. Feel free to call me directly at any time with any questions you may have.

All shopping will be done on the day of the event to ensure the freshest ingredients. Your mean will be freshly prepared, professionally presented and served and your kitchen will be left clean and sanitized. Plus, all left overs will be packaged for you to enjoy later!

Everyone is enjoying themselves as you get up and down from the dinner table to serve your guests.  By the time you finally get to sit and eat, your meal is cold.   At the end of the evening you are pleased that everyone had a good time, but then you spy the kitchen…more work…dishes piled up, pans to scrub and the trash to be emptied.   It will have to wait until tomorrow….

It’s 5:00 and you leisurely get ready slipping into that little black dress that you’ve been dying to wear and looking forward to seeing your dear old friends.  The doorbell rings at 6 pm and you greet your guests as a waiter offers them grilled baby lamb chops and a glass of chardonnay.  Laughter and conversation is all around as your dinner is being served by your own private chef.  “It is delicious!” they all tell you.   A beautiful seasonal salad with pear and pecans, tender filet mignon with roasted potatoes and fresh asparagus followed by homemade chocolate cake.  As you relax and enjoy the evening, your kitchen is being cleaned, the leftovers are packaged for you and the trash is being removed.  Your dinner party was a huge success and this time, you had fun!
